I will be renting a quiet and relaxing space in East Greenwich. By purchasing here I will know you are definitely coming which will help me better plan for this event. Invite a friend. Space is limited to get in now and reserve your space.
Schedule: Monday’s at 6:30 PM (1 – 1.5 hours in length)

We will not be doing complete or formal chi kung forms.
The class will include specific information to help you identify causes of pain, self-care remedies and chi kung movements that address the specific health topic.
