This set contains the same movements for both Summer & Fall seasons but the intention differs. During Summer the intention of this set is used to influence Heart function. During Fall the intention is used to influence Lung function. It is recommended to learn all 4 sets beginning with the corresponding set for the current season in combination with the Extended Summer Set which is a fundamental set practice throughout the year. All sets can be practiced throughout the year or can be mixed and matched depending on your intention and need.
