Drive-thru’s, fast food, microwave, processed food, preservatives….these conveniences & more denature & diminish the nutritional value of the so called foods we eat. These conveniences rob you from realizing your full potential in the ability to nourish you and your family in a healthy and natural way.
Foods that are enriched and fortified are foods that have the nutrition beaten out them through processing and then have to be fortified but with what? They are not being fortified with natural nutrients but synthetics. Does the body really recognize this synthetic junk? I’m going with what is natural.
Many processed foods are loaded with artificial colors and preservatives…WHY!!!??? So they can sit on the self for a long time to increase profits not to increase nutrition.
We should strive to eat fresh foods bought in their whole form that we prepare at home to get the most nutrition possible and the least amount of toxins.
We need to place quality over quantity when it comes to foods, diet and nutrition. It’s important for children to benefit and learn these values as they grow. Those beginning stages of development as so key to their health through their adulthood.
Most medical professionals don’t spend much time studying food. I would imagine their time is overwhelmed by big pharma’s interests. Food is not something you can obtain a patent on for medicinal purposes.
