For years I have been suffering with chronic pain in my neck and shoulders along with frequent headaches. I have seen numerous doctors and no official diagnosis. My body was so stiff and tense I couldn’t enjoy daily living like I once did. I was too focused and consumed by my pain. Doctors prescribed me muscle relaxers and many different headache medications, nothing helped, and I was desperate to feel good again.

My very first appointment with Dr. Carlow was the beginning of a healing journey, finally. He started treating my shoulders and neck with acupuncture. Before getting on the table my pain was high. Once I got off the table my pain went down, and I felt a sense of relief like I could actually function for the day.

The most healing part of my journey has been learning about my GUT HEALTH. I took a food sensitivity test and learned what was triggering my body into tense pain. Since cutting out my food sensitivities and taking the recommended herbs through Dr. Carlow I feel the best I have in years! My pain level is manageable, inflammation and bloating have significantly decreased. I am continuing my gut health journey and I am so grateful for Dr. Carlow bringing this issue into light.
