I’d like to share with you a simple breathing technique that can promote relaxation – you’ll find more in the program. Read below and try it yourself. Let me know what you think.
After several moments of cleansing deep breaths, your body should feel more open to receive energy and allow the body’s natural circulation to flow without obstruction. Continue to maintain a deep, relaxed breathing pattern to experience a deeper level of relaxation to shift the body into a deeper state of rejuvenation.
Note: The constant drip of stress all day long pulls our body out of it’s natural ability to shift into healing mode. By promoting relaxation you promote a shift into healing mode. The body works on cycles – activity and rest, breaking down and rejuvenating. High, consistent levels of stress need to be broken up to encourage more frequent shifts into a relaxed state for deeper levels of healing.
The 4 Seasons Chi Kung Online program can give you a deeper mind-body connection to help you realize greater health.
