Need more delicious veggie dishes? Hey that Rhymes!
It’s a health idea to eat more veggies. Veggies are packed with antioxidants and nutrients that slow down the aging process and naturally strengthen the body. I find many folks eat way too many simple carbs or staple foods like bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes. This will lead to weight gain.
As a health tip, I suggest to greatly decrease these staple foods (simple carbs) and increase veggies (complex carbs). You can eat lots of good non-starchy veggies and not worry about weight gain or clogged arteries unlike the staple food carbs and meats and fats. Non-starchy veggies include such veggies as broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, brussel sprouts, escarole, celery and so on. I also find people dislike eating veggies because they dislike the way they taste. Well don’t give up! You probably just need to find some good recipes. Here’s a finger food idea that tastes great.
